Project Breathe is an interactive learning program the requires Adobe Acrobat Reader® , Apple QuickTime Player® and Macromedia Flash Player ®.  All printable lessons, activities and worksheets require Acrobat Reader.  Movies use the Apple QuickTime Player.  Flash is used for interactive tutorials.  All plug ins are free.  If you cannot download the free plug ins, contact your school or district network administrators.

Project Breathe is best viewed in Internet Explorer if using a PC. If you are using Netscape as your browser, we recommend using 6.0 or higher. Some Project Breathe features may not run properly if using an older version of the Netscape browser. Project Breathe is best viewed by Mac users in Safari .

If you are having trouble accessing Project Breathe, contact your school or district network administrators to make certain firewall restrictions are not the problem.

If the PCs have pop-up blocker installed, it may prevent new windows (such as the tutorials and facilitator notes) from opening in Project Breathe. Have Project Breathe added to the "DO NOT BLOCK" list to prevent this.
